Mobile deposits

I would love to see FSU with mobile deposits. Being able to deposit checks from your cell phone would be a BIG reward for your customers

Improve ATM deposits

Most of the financial institutions now have it available for their members to deposit cash or checks directly into the ATM machine. The machine will calculate the total of cash and checks that were deposited and you will have access to the cash...

Online banking transaction information

When will the credit union improve their online banking transaction page? It would be nice to see what "pending" debit card transactions are waiting to clear your account. It's a pain just to see your available amount and current balance....

Make a loan payment from another financial institution.

Being able to pay my FSUCU car loan payment electronically from another bank or credit union would be more convenient.

Receive a text or email with a loan payment reminder before my loan due date

I would like to get a text or email reminder of my loan payment 10 days or so before the due date with the loan payment amount and due date!

This feature is currently available as part of our eLerts service. You can enroll online once signed into Virtuoso online banking or in person at any branch location. This is just one of a few dozen eLerts available and the service is Free!

Great news - you can! Our mobile banking product allows you to receive text message responses regarding your account directly to your phone. You can send text commands (such as BAL) to your bank from your SMS-enabled phone to inquire about basic account balance and transaction history information. Learn more by following this link:

Revolving Christmas Account

I would like to see a revolving Christmas account setup. Which the first time borrower would qualify for $500 and next year you could qualify for $750 and the maximum you can get is $1200. The following year around Christmas time of before...

why did you change the design on the debit cards? I am not a hunter and do not like the new design at all.

The camo design is temporary while we upgrade to the new and improved EMV smart-chip cards. Your new card will be the original design of our choice. Thank you for your patience while we are in the progress of providing you with the best card options available.

see fsucu sponsor scholarships to students at Florida State University School.

as the mother of a graduate of FSUS, there were students who were creative, innovative lacking only funds and sometimes the best grades. these children can also shine as contributors to society, our community, their family and this country....

As I spend significant time abroad and need to do wire transfers from my FSUCU account to my foreign bank, making the wire transfer request easier would be a great service to me.

Direct deposit alert from mobile banking app

I would like to have an alert sent to me via text to let me know that my direct deposit has credited my account.

We offer a variety of e-Lerts to notify you of account happenings for free. Simply log into Virtuoso online banking, click on ACCOUNT ACCESS, then EMAIL NOTIFICATION, select ELERTS OPTIONS then click on Continue. Click on ADD ELERT then select an e-Lert from the list below and click on the Add e-Lert button. You can enter a mobile number instead of an email to receive the notifications via text message.
